By placing an order through our website, you agree to the shipping terms, delivery procedures, and responsibilities described in this policy. Our goal is to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of all industrial automation products to customers around the globe.
1. Order Processing Time
We begin processing all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Order processing includes order verification, documentation, and scheduling.
For different product types, the preparation timeline is as follows:
In-stock products:
Typically require an additional 3–5 business days for picking, quality inspection, and packaging before being handed over to the carrier.
Customized or made-to-order products:
Lead time varies depending on specific requirements and production workloads.
The preparation schedule will be confirmed separately with the customer before shipment.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Unexpected delays may occur during peak seasons or due to export compliance checks, but we will notify you promptly if additional time is required.

3. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method:

Europe: 5–12 business days
Southeast Asia: 3–7 business days
Middle East: 7–12 business days
Russia / CIS: 7–15 business days
South America: 10–20 business days (express only)

4. Shipping Costs

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees depending on the destination country.
Buyers are responsible for all import-related fees.

For B2B buyers, we can provide commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and other documents upon request.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the outer package, inner boxes, and product.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assist with courier claims and arrange replacements if necessary.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows “lost,” “undeliverable,” or “return to sender,” we will:
Contact the carrier for investigation
Provide reshipment or refund depending on carrier confirmation
8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:

Customer refusing to pay import duties

Customer refusal to accept package

9. Split Shipments
