This Shipping Policy outlines how HonyeeTech processes, handles, and delivers orders worldwide. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the shipping terms, delivery procedures, and responsibilities described in this policy. Our goal is to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of all industrial automation products to customers around the globe.

1. Order Processing Time

We begin processing all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Order processing includes order verification, documentation, and scheduling.

For different product types, the preparation timeline is as follows:

  • In-stock products:

    Typically require an additional 3–5 business days for picking, quality inspection, and packaging before being handed over to the carrier.

  • Customized or made-to-order products:

    Lead time varies depending on specific requirements and production workloads.

    The preparation schedule will be confirmed separately with the customer before shipment.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Unexpected delays may occur during peak seasons or due to export compliance checks, but we will notify you promptly if additional time is required.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer international shipping through reputable couriers, including:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • TNT

  • EMS / China Post (Economy option)

  • Special Line / Dedicated Line (for certain countries)

For heavy or bulk orders (such as servo motors, drives, or control cabinets), we may use:

  • Air Cargo

  • Sea Freight

  • Rail Freight (to Europe and Central Asia)

We will recommend the most cost-effective and reliable option depending on your destination and product type.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method:

Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT)

  • North America: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Southeast Asia: 3–7 business days

  • Middle East: 7–12 business days

  • Russia / CIS: 7–15 business days

  • South America: 10–20 business days (express only)

Air Freight (Airport-to-airport or door-to-door)

  • Most regions: 7–15 business days

  • South America: 12–25 business days

Sea Freight (LCL / FCL)

  • Europe: 30–45 days

  • Middle East: 25–40 days

  • Africa: 35–60 days

  • South America: 50–70 days (typical transit time from Shenzhen; may vary by port)

Rail Freight (Europe & Central Asia only)

  • 20–35 days depending on destination

Note:

Transit time does not include customs clearance or inland delivery delays. Actual delivery time may vary depending on port congestion, national holidays, and carrier schedules.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight & dimensions

  • Product category (e.g., PLC, HMI, servo, VFD)

  • Selected shipping method

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees depending on the destination country.

  • Buyers are responsible for all import-related fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • For B2B buyers, we can provide commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, and other documents upon request.

If you have special requirements (declared value, tax exemption, company import number, etc.), please contact us after placing your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer package, inner boxes, and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will assist with courier claims and arrange replacements if necessary.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “lost,” “undeliverable,” or “return to sender,” we will:

  • Contact the carrier for investigation

  • Provide reshipment or refund depending on carrier confirmation

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer refusing to pay import duties

  • Receiver unavailable

  • Customer refusal to accept package

Reshipping fees or restocking fees may apply.

9. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse stock availability. We will notify you in advance if separate packages are used.
