What do I need to provide to start a project?

A process description, I/O list or signal table, control philosophy (e.g. manual / auto / semi-auto), and any existing schematics or code. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quote.

Do you support brands not listed?

Yes. The eight brands listed are our core specialties, but we can work with Delta, Panasonic, Fatek, Keyence, and others. Contact us with your requirements.

Can you migrate my existing program to a different brand?

Yes. Program migration (e.g. Mitsubishi → Siemens, or AB → Omron) is a common service. We analyze the original logic, rebuild it in the target platform, and verify it via simulation.

Is on-site commissioning available?

No — we deliver purely via remote channels. This keeps costs low and turnaround fast. For most projects, offline simulation + a remote validation session is sufficient.

What is included in the 6-month warranty?

Any logic bug discovered in the delivered program is fixed free of charge. Warranty coverage excludes changes requested after delivery (those are treated as new scope).

How do you handle confidentiality?

We sign NDAs on request. Your program source code and process information are treated as confidential. Upon final payment, all intellectual property is transferred to you.
