Shipping

Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT. Carrier selection based on destination and package weight.

Dispatch: In-stock items ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days).

Delivery Time:

  • North America / Europe: 3–5 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 2–4 business days
  • Middle East / Africa / South America: 5–7 business days

Tracking: Full tracking number provided via email upon shipment.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected carrier. Free shipping available on qualifying orders.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We provide commercial invoices and HS codes to facilitate customs clearance. For B2B orders, we can assist with documentation for tax-exempt or bonded shipments.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original factory-sealed packaging.

Defective Items: Defective products are eligible for free replacement or full refund. Contact us with photos/videos of the defect.

Non-Returnable: Custom or made-to-order items, opened software licenses, and items damaged by misuse.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty

All products carry a 1-year platform warranty from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects and DOA (Dead on Arrival) issues.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
