By accessing and placing an order with us, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other communication between you and us.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Volume pricing and custom quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon payment receipt or, for B2B clients, upon written purchase order acceptance. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and wire transfer (T/T). All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Dispatch is within 24 hours for in-stock items. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 3–7 business days). Tracking information is provided upon shipment. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty & Returns

All products carry a 1-year platform warranty. Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

6. Product Authenticity

We guarantee all products are factory-sealed and genuine. Each shipment includes traceability documentation upon request. We are an independent distributor and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use in your application.
